Platinum Package

This package includes the entire facilities closed to the public and reserved for you and your closest
friends and family for an 6-hour event. Plus the following:

Hors d’oeuvres:
50 count shrimp platters (one per 25 guests)
Cheese, Cracker, ham, platters (one per 50 guests)
Fruit platter (one per 50 guests, fruit will be served on a basket sculpted out of ice and refilled once
per every 50 guest)

Dinner:
Your choice of entree from our Platinum Menu options (Special accommodations may be requested
for your vegetarian guest)

4 Hour Open Bar for your guest
(alcoholic beverages will be served only to guest of 21 years of age and older)
Drinks Included are:

Premium liquors: Jack Daniels, 1800 Gold, Absolut Vodka, Tanqueray Gin, Bacardi Rum,
Kahlua

Wines : Chardonnay, Zinfandel, Merlot.

Beers: Corona, Miller Lite, Bud Light, Heineken.

Sodas: Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Mt. Dew, Ginger ale,
Mr. Pibb, Sierra Mist, Iced Tea

Toast :

Champaign toast will be served to all adults and sprite for any one less than 21 years of age.

Choice of two Ice Sculptures:
Dolphin, Fruit Basket, Bride and Groom

Choice color table runners to match bride’s maids
dresses or company colors

Choice of Silk Flowers for the water fountain, and
hanging baskets

Chair covers and matching sashes will be provided
